Kaset Bean Thread Glass Noodles (Miến) -Pack 10

Kaset is the best Bean Thread Glass noodles. I discovered it as part of an online market order. I had to order a supply because it has the texture I had been looking for. It keeps its texture whether cooked in soup or stirfried or even reheated with a little more broth and vegetables. It can be precooked separately and added to other dishes as desired and it remains springy, yet tender, and translucent. It is versatile. Truly 100% mung bean!

I love adding noodles to my bone broth soup. These noodles cook quickly, have a great chewy consistency and satisfies my carb craving at just 35g per serving. Note that it’s not as thick and curved as regular ramen noodles, but thin and a lot more slippery. It’s always a staple in my Asian kitchen.

Bean thread noodles are my favorite. They have a chewy but soft texture. The taste is neutral and they take in whatever flavor they accompany. These are individually wrapped servings, about half the size of a typical ramen square.

Love these although I wish there were more in each package. I love how I can eat them hot or cold absolutely delicious
