This is really great if you’re familiar with Korean hot pot/kpot soup! Mix some of this in with your favorite beef/chicken/pork broth and your favorite meats and veggies and you’re set! I used udon noodles, bean sprouts, crab sticks, shrimp, dumplings, and some other mixes! So delicious. 10/10 recommend.

It will work as a good soup broth for noodles.You can also make a broth and use it to cook it meat, veggies, rice and get a taste similar to chinese takeout.
