Love it makes a great soup

I came back to purchase again and thought I’d leave a review. My local Vietnamese restaurant closed a few years ago & I’ve been searching for good Bun Bo Hue since. The closest I’ve found is 1+ hours away. I’m not joking when I say this tastes just like the Bun Bo Hue I used to get at our local place! I add a tiny bit extra of ginger. The powder does smell very strong but it makes quite a bit, it tastes delicious. Highly recommend trying it!

This is perfect for newbies to making Spicy Beef Soup! All I needed was ginger, onion, and this delicious soup base. Pro tip, add in a splash of fish sauce to make it more authentic :)
