Cholimex Hot Chili Sauce (Tương Ớt Cholimex) - 8.82oz

This sauce is great. I had it at a local pho shop and it is the perfect sauce to dip your soup into. Or if you’re a savage put it in the soup. Like I said it’s got the perfect sweet with the heat.

I can never find these at my local Asian grocery store cause it’s always sold out/ out of stock 🥲 to be honest it’s more on the sweeter side for my taste, but the spice is definitely there and it’s so good! It pairs really well with almost any dish, sauces, sandwiches, noodle soups etc.

Had this at a restaurant the other day. I like it so much I bought two bottles. I like it because it has flavor and is not over powered by heat. It has a lower level of heat but great taste.
