Sirach is made from sun ripen chilies which are ground into a smooth paste along with garlic and packaged in a convenient squeeze bottle. It is excellent in soups, sauces, pastas, pizzas, hot dogs, hamburgers, chowmein or on anything else to give it a delicious, spicy taste.

Bottles are factory sealed, clean, and have "Best By Date (BBD)" August 2025.First class all around!For reference, there was a shortage of chili peppers at supplier farms in Mexico, so it's not easy to find Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce at grocery stores. The local grocery stores and Walmart Supercenter do NOT have it.Finding these was a treat. With a BBD two years into the future (August 2025), these will cover my Sriracha sauce needs very nicely.As shown in the photo, these are large bottles (28-ounces), so it's a lot of sauce at a time when it's not so easy to find Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce.[Disclaimer: I became a "Vine Voice" recently, but these were NOT a free gift. I bought them with my money and, considering the shortage and limited availability, I am super happy. My Sriracha needs are covered now, which is excellent!]

I was skeptical about making this purchase because I didn't know what I was going to get. However, after about a week of having this in my cart, I just got it because— well we all know there are some foods that just don't taste the same without this and I wish I had ordered it sooner!I must say, before making this purchase, I was mixing several sauces trying to make only own Sriracha sauce and even though I got pretty close, there is no substitute.I will definitely buy more.
Replace ketchup with siriacha.
