I love adding noodles to my bone broth soup. These noodles cook quickly, have a great chewy consistency and satisfies my carb craving at just 35g per serving. Note that it’s not as thick and curved as regular ramen noodles, but thin and a lot more slippery. It’s always a staple in my Asian kitchen.
Perfect for my Asian dishes and so easy to use.
Bean thread noodles are my favorite. They have a chewy but soft texture. The taste is neutral and they take in whatever flavor they accompany. These are individually wrapped servings, about half the size of a typical ramen square.
Love these although I wish there were more in each package. I love how I can eat them hot or cold absolutely delicious
These soak up the flavor of whatever you put them in and have a lovely chewy texture. Some may not like the chewiness but that’s one of my favorite things about them. Love that it’s a low carb alternative for my ramen.
