Fantastic, spicy, flavorful, and consistent quality. I have purchased it three times so far. Lasts a long time. A little goes a long way. If you use too much it is too spicy hot. I add a little citric acid to it to get a tangy zip into it as well. Totally addicting in my ramen soup with eggs and chives.

I keep it handy. Those days when you've got just a lot of small leftovers, come together really quickly

After having Tom Yum soup many times that my favorite Thai restaurant, I sought out how to make it at home. This manufacture has a wonderful taste, and it’s easy to make it home. To that end, I make this nearly every day. adding your favorite meat, mushrooms and a little onion, makes a very nice “bowl of soup”.
