This pho based soup mix it’s delicious. I’m a beginner on pho soup but this item made my soul so delicious. Definitely buying it again
I used this to make a modified bun bo hue with a few beef bones, a ham bone, glass noodles, thin beef slices, tripe, and sliced pork belly. Garnished with herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and sriracha.I found this compound to have a pronounced shrimpy flavor that I’m not used to with my local pho shops, I don’t mind. It was still a good flavor.
Love cooking with this broth. Staste really good. Will buy more
I love this! I'd been going to local Vietnamese restaurants for their pho ga, bun bo hue soup because it's so dang delicious. I wanted to see if I could recreate it at home. I used this broth with chicken breasts in the instant pot and it came out so tasty! I used half of the jar per pot of soup. Put some ginger and an onion in there with it and set for 15 minutes. Bowl rice noodles on the stove top while the instant pot cooks the broth and chicken, then add them to the pot when done and voila, delicious soup! Add sprouts, Thai basil, hoisin sauce and a touch of Sriracha and you're golden. I made a pot of soup and had it for lunch every day of the week. It never got old, it was so good. I just made another pot with the second half of the jar, and reordered this delicious broth. Highly recommend!
