I really like these noodles and have tried them in several dishes. they cook very quickle and are perfect for adding to ramen, or other soups. and I have been using them in Chinese style stir fry and chow mien dishes.

Came fast and well packaged. Found it way cheaper here than Amazon. Tasted good when used to cook a Chinese dish.

Store ramen (cup-o-noodle) is too salty for me. I boil some boullion and frozen vegetables (or chop and cook your own, or add in any leftover cooked chicken), then add these noodles for the last five minutes. Add more or less if you want soup with noodles or ramen in broth. It a great, super fast "home cooked" meal - my favorite for when I have a cold.
