Kiwi Chef Knife 6.5" #172

They're good functional knives for super cheap. The steel doesn't hold an edge for very long but it sharpens easily and gets the job done. Nice to have a few cheap knives around that you don't have to baby.

These knives are incredibly sharp and comfortable to use for the price. I have had them under 90 days but I've joined it a.few.times.and they are not losing their edge as I expected such a cheap knife would. Very impressive.

My son is a professional chef and used to pay hundreds (if not thousands) on his knives. Not anymore. Since he found these, he can't bring himself to buy the expensive brands. These knives are amazing and get the job done as well as any $500 knife. I purchased these as a Christmas gift.

It's a pretty good knife compared to the price.
