Sword Fish Brand Color Prawn Crackers Uncooked (Bánh Phồng Tôm Màu)6oz

These were served at a very posh Chinese restaurant, MahJong's, on Long Island that my folks took me to several times! AMAZING food, but I was a kid, and most remember the shrimp chips! I have purchased this brand of Shrimp crackers and they are just like I remember! Hard not to eat the whole batch! I often bring them to gatherings for folks to try! They cook in seconds, so only add one or two to the fryer at a time to pluck them out quickly as soon as they expand to not burn the edges!

I had these as a snack when I vacationed in Malaysia. I don't like.prawns, but I did like these dipped in sweet chili sauce. The texture is similar to a pork rind. They're fun to cook. They come in hard, clear-colored pieces, and puff up when you cook them.

Just like I remember as a kid. Fry them up in oil for a few seconds and make yourself a decious snack.
