Uses: the main ingredient in Vietnamese cakes such as sponge cakes, pyramidal rice dumpling, stuffed pancake, Vietnamese crepe, waterfern cakes, plain rice flan, rice noodle, “Can” cake, soft thin vermicelli noodles, and “Dap” cake.
