1. Mix 50g pack of black grass jelly powder with 200ml of water. Stir the mixture until completely dissolved.
2. On cook top, boil 800ml of water in a pan, pour black grass jelly mixturento the boiling water, stir constantly until the mixture completely dissolved into a clear glue-like solution.
3. Pour the hot clear glue-like solution into molds or dishes to cool off. Serve with sugar, ice. Refrigerate before serve for a tastier treat.
- Ingredient : Black Grass Jelly (85%), starch (15%)
Recomend using :
- Amount of water used : 1000ml
- Reduce or increase the amount of water if you want firm or soft jelly
Preserve: Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight, packaging must be sealed
